Requirements

  1. Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a dual-core processor.
  2. Windows & MacOS operating systems both supported.
  3. RPSPASS currently only supports data from the Spectradyne nCS1 instrument.

Installation

  1. Compiled software can be downloaded from: nano.ccr.cancer.gov/rpspass.
  2. Open the RPSPASS_Installer application.
  3. Once downloaded the installation window will be shown, click 'next'.

  5. It is recommended to leave the default installation location so as to allow the software to overwrite during updates, click 'next'.

  7. It is recommended to leave the default installation location for the MATLAB runtime, click 'next'.

  9. Click 'Yes' to accept MATLAB's terms & conditions to proceed with installation, then click 'next'.

  13. If not already installaed, the MATLAB runtime may need to download during this installation process and may take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.

  15. Once finished a summary of the installation configuration will be shown, click 'finish'.

  17. To open your software navigate to your application directory, open the 'RPSPASS' folder, open then 'application' folder and double click the RPSPASS application.
  18. Once installed all software updates can be handled through the software. If this fails for any reason this process can also be repeated by obtaining the most up-to-date version of the software from the website.
