Requirements
- Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a dual-core processor.
- Windows & MacOS operating systems both supported.
- RPSPASS currently only supports data from the Spectradyne nCS1 instrument.
Installation
- Compiled software can be downloaded from: nano.ccr.cancer.gov/rpspass.
- Open the RPSPASS_Installer application.
- Once downloaded the installation window will be shown, click 'next'.
- It is recommended to leave the default installation location so as to allow the software to overwrite during updates, click 'next'.
- It is recommended to leave the default installation location for the MATLAB runtime, click 'next'.
- Click 'Yes' to accept MATLAB's terms & conditions to proceed with installation, then click 'next'.
- This page summarises the installation choices, click 'next' to begin installation.
- If not already installaed, the MATLAB runtime may need to download during this installation process and may take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.
- Once finished a summary of the installation configuration will be shown, click 'finish'.
- To open your software navigate to your application directory, open the 'RPSPASS' folder, open then 'application' folder and double click the RPSPASS application.
- Once installed all software updates can be handled through the software. If this fails for any reason this process can also be repeated by obtaining the most up-to-date version of the software from the website.
