Requirements

1. Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a dual-core processor.
2. Windows & MacOS operating systems both supported.
3. RPS_PASS currently only supports data from the Spectradyne nCS1 instrument.

Data Analysis

Note: analyses parameters can be customized in the preference panel.

1. Open the RPS_PASS software.

2. If a spike-in bead has not been used select 'No' from the dropdown meny and proceed to Step 5.

3. If a spike-in bead has been used input its mean diameter in nanometers.

4. If the concentration of the spike-in bead is known input its concentration in particles per mL.

5. Click 'IMPORT FILES' button and select the folder containing the nCS1 .h5 output files.

6. The software will begin now begin to process the files within the folder. Upon completion the output folder will be opened.
